Introduce public types for fetch metadata, parse results, remote results, and sessions.
Scope
Add documented Fetch, ParseResult, RemoteResult, and Session structs with ownership semantics and focused tests. Represent HTTP metadata only for remote results and sessions.
Acceptance Criteria
Public structs match the feature plan.
Local parse results do not invent HTTP metadata.
Remote results expose final URL, status, ETag, and checksum.
Session fetch ownership and nullable local fetch state are documented.
Construction and type behavior are tested.
