Integrate FeedReader into Feedex without changing application persistence behavior.
Scope
Add FeedReader as a dependency, adapt Feedex.Crawler.fetch/1 to call fetch_and_parse/2 with a finite max_items, map standalone feed and item values into Feedex persistence attributes, add feed_id only in the adapter, and preserve existing atomic persistence behavior.
Acceptance Criteria
Feedex fetches through the standalone package.
Feed, item, fetch metadata, timestamps, and application fields map correctly.
Unchanged and limit-error outcomes are handled explicitly.
Feedex integration and regression tests pass.
