Extract HTTP transport behind a standalone injectable contract using Req by default.
Scope
Define transport behavior and implementation options for response status, headers, final URL, raw body chunks, redirects, retries, timeouts, accepted compression headers, TLS and network errors, and typed status mappings.
Acceptance Criteria
The default transport uses Req.
Tests can inject a deterministic transport without network access.
Retry count excludes the initial request and is distinct from XML repair attempts.
Redirect limit, retryable statuses, terminal failures, headers, and final URLs are explicit and tested.
No Feedex application configuration is read.
