Objective

Implement RDF parsing and normalization through the shared standalone format contract.

Scope

Move the RDF handler, transformer, validator, and required utilities. Preserve characterized RDF metadata, item identifiers, title and description fallbacks, links, authors, dates, language, categories, and supported extensions, including documented title-only behavior.

Acceptance Criteria

  • RDF implements FeedReader.Format.
  • Feed and item output matches characterization tests.
  • Intentional RDF behavior is documented.
  • Malformed input and shared resource limits are covered.
  • RDF parsing has no Feedex, Phoenix, Ecto, or application-config dependency.
